Jim Urban founded Urban Companies in June 1986, after managing the West division of the largest Real Estate Brokerage Company in the Denver area for 13 years. Our goal was to give the best service to our customers and clients possible. In order to do this we had to break away from the traditional way of running a real estate office. When you list your home with any one of our Broker agents, you will find that any call received on your property will be directed to your Broker agent. You see, we have no such thing as a designated floor person who receives most of the calls coming in on all properties. Who is best to handle a call on a specific property than the listor of the property? We are also ready to assist each other because we are small and all work together.
